Kip Dobbs founded Honor the Homeless after a bible study one night in 2012. Understanding the story of the good shepherd, Kip has focused intensely on the one that is lost rather than the 99 that are found.
Wife of Kip, Wanda has been with Honor the Homeless since it's inception as a jack-of-all-trades with a hand in every facet of the organization's operations.
Dianne Jaeger joined forces with Kip in 2013 to help sort, wash, and distribute the clothes and has been the organizational force keeping the boat afloat ever since.
A neighbor of the Dobbs, Kori has been with Honor the Homeless since the beginning. She now handles the accounting needs for the organization.
Mike has been a real anchor since the beginning of the organization and provided some much needed stability and faith during the formative years.
